1 About CoreQuote and These Terms

CoreQuote is a quoting, invoicing, and job management application for trade businesses, operated by MJL Consult Global Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). The App is available on Android via the Google Play Store and on iOS via the Apple App Store.

By creating an account or using CoreQuote in any way, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Where you access CoreQuote via an app store, that store’s own terms also apply between you and the store operator. These Terms govern the relationship between you and MJL Consult Global Ltd only.

2 Who Can Use CoreQuote

To use CoreQuote you must:

• Be aged 18 or over.
• Be using the App for legitimate business purposes.
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, either personally or on behalf of your business.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.

CoreQuote is intended for use by trade businesses and sole traders. It is not a consumer product and is not designed for personal, family, or household use.

3 Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.

You may not share your account with others or allow multiple individuals to access the App under a single personal login. If you need multiple users, our Pro and Max plans include team accounts for up to five users.

We reserve the right to require you to verify your identity or business details before granting or continuing access.

4 Subscriptions and Payment

CoreQuote is available on the following subscription plans:

• Free: One quote per month (plus bonus quotes on first sign-up). No payment required.
• Basic: 20 quotes per month. Billed monthly or annually.
• Pro: 50 quotes per month, full feature set including VAT handling, file attachments, and team accounts for up to five users. Billed monthly or annually.
• Max: Unlimited quotes, full feature set. Billed monthly or annually.

Current pricing is displayed within the App and at corequote.pro/pricing. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Payment is processed through the relevant app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and is subject to that store’s payment terms. We do not store or process payment card details directly.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as set out in the app store’s own refund policy. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.

5 Free Tier and Bonus Quotes

The Free tier is available indefinitely with no time limit and no payment card required. It includes one quote per month. New accounts receive a number of bonus quotes on sign-up, the exact amount of which is shown in the App at the time of registration.

We reserve the right to modify the features included in the Free tier with 30 days’ notice to existing Free tier users. We will never charge existing Free tier users without their explicit and active consent to upgrade.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree to use CoreQuote only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App to create, send, or store fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair its operation.
• Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit the App or any part of it without our prior written consent.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately where we reasonably believe a breach of this clause has occurred.

7 Your Data

You own your data. Any quotes, invoices, customer records, materials, and business information you create in CoreQuote belong to you, not to us. We will never sell your data to any third party.

We store your data on secure servers in the UK and/or EEA. Full details of how we collect, store, and process your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may collect anonymised and aggregated usage analytics to understand how the App is being used and to improve it. No personal identifiers are attached to this analytics data.

On cancellation or termination of your account, you may request an export of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will provide this within 14 days of your request. Your data will be deleted from our systems within 90 days of account closure, subject to any legal retention obligations.

8 Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, code, and all content created by MJL Consult Global Ltd remain the exclusive intellectual property of MJL Consult Global Ltd. Use of CoreQuote does not grant you any ownership interest or licence beyond the right to use the App for your own business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the App — your quotes, invoices, customer records, and business data are yours.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used to improve the App without compensation or attribution to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

9 No Warranty

CoreQuote is provided “as is” and “as available”. MJL Consult Global Ltd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Guarantees of uninterrupted service, uptime, or error-free operation.
• Guarantees of data integrity or that data will not be lost.

You should maintain your own backups of any critical business data. We recommend that you do not rely on CoreQuote as your sole record-keeping system for business-critical information.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and to notify users of planned maintenance. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MJL Consult Global Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on the App as a primary business management tool.
• Any loss arising from third-party services, app stores, or payment processors.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

11 Suspension and Termination

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to CoreQuote at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, engage in conduct that is abusive toward our team, or if we cease to operate the App. Where reasonably practicable we will give advance notice. Where a serious breach has occurred, suspension may be immediate.

By you: You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through the App or via your app store subscription settings. On closure, you may request a data export as described in Clause 7.

On termination for any reason, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law or applicable app store policy.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer (which CoreQuote is not designed for), you may have additional rights under the laws of your country of residence.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the product develops or as legal requirements change. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or via an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
