How to delete your account
You can delete your Kwowta account directly from within the app. Here's how:

Open the Kwowta app and log in to your account.

From the home screen, tap Manage Company.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete My Account.

Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete Account.
⚠️ Before you delete:
- If you are the last admin of your company, you must assign another admin first, or contact us to delete the entire company account.
- Your personal data (name, email, phone) will be immediately anonymised.
- Quote and invoice records are retained for legal and accounting compliance and will be fully purged within 30 days.
- Your subscription, if any, should be cancelled separately via the Google Play Store to stop future billing.
What data is deleted?
Immediately upon deletion:
- Your name, email address and phone number are anonymised
- Your password is cleared
- All login sessions are terminated
Within 30 days:
- All remaining account data is permanently purged from our servers
Retained for legal compliance:
- Anonymised quote and invoice records (no personal identifiers)
Can't access the app?
If you are unable to log in to delete your account, email us and we will process the deletion manually within 5 business days.
